A Message From Our Board Chair
Throughout my career, I have met numerous successful business leaders and industry professionals who inspire, innovate, and lead their teams to great achievements. I admire and respect many of my business acquaintances and colleagues who bring an exceptional level of leadership to their roles. I don’t have to look very far to find individuals who inspire me on a daily basis – our dedicated and hardworking Board Members. In addition to providing professional guidance to help Working Wardrobes expand its client programs and the number of men, women, young adults, and veterans we serve each year, they roll up their sleeves and get to work, whether it’s helping to coordinate events, clothing drives, or simply volunteering their time. Without question, Working Wardrobes’ Board Members are some of the most engaged and committed people I have ever met. |
I'd like to take a moment to recognize just some of the members of our Board who have gone above and beyond in recent months to help our clients and our community.
Doug Schulein of Health IQ Corporate Wellness and Mark Angelo of Boeing Company, thank you for serving as the Walk In Their Shoes committee chairs. With your guidance, the event was very successful in raising funds to help our veteran clients find meaningful employment. Mark, I’d also like to extend my sincerest thanks for your support of the VetNet Graduation Event. It meant a lot to our clients to have you there as they start their new journeys to a job and a bright future. Colleen Bentley of Orora Packaging Solutions, thank you so very much for providing beautiful accessory boxes for the many jewelry and accessory items we receive each month, and for stepping up to help the Paradise victims by providing New Year, New Start Boxes. Christine Ragos of U.S. Bank and Carolyn Beaver, we thank you so much for your financial support and event participation which is instrumental in our ability to serve more clients. Derek Benson of MUFG Union Bank and Linda Blakemore of Atlantic Pacific Group, Inc., your assistance with the Military Women's Career Symposium at Camp Pendleton was simply incredible. We are fortunate to have you on our team! These are just a few highlights of the work of our wonderful Board Members. Finally, I want each and every Working Wardrobes Board Member to know how much we appreciate you and value you, and how thankful we are for your leadership and dedication. Sincerely, Justin Frame Working Wardrobes Board Chair |
