Danny Ross in Retail Improving Operations and Changing Lives
There’s a new face at Working Wardrobes and we’re thrilled to have him. Danny Ross has joined our organization as Director of Retail Operations and for those of you who know just how important our retail operations are, this is great news!
Danny brings a long history of retail experience to Working Wardrobes – 28 years, to be exact – including a career spanning 18 years at Sam’s Club. Throughout his professional career, he also worked for organizations such as Rollerball International, 976 Clothing Company, and Foodtown (now known as New Zealand’s leading supermarket brand, Countdown).
In his last two years at Sam’s Club alone, Danny was responsible for increasing total club sales by 20% overall, with a 45% increase in men’s and women’s clothing sales.
In his new role, Danny will work to improve operations and sales at our retail locations throughout Orange County, where nearly 50% of all revenues are generated to support the full suite of client services we offer. He is also responsible for overseeing the Working Wardrobes Donation Center operations - a significant undertaking given that we process over 500,000 clothing donation items each year!
With Hanger Boutique locations in Laguna Niguel and Tustin, and with Resale Shop locations in Garden Grove, Anaheim, and Costa Mesa, our stores are conveniently located for shoppers looking to find great clothes at affordable prices. Danny, welcome aboard. We’re excited to have you and we look forward to enhancing our retail operations with your guidance and direction.
